In addition to our property management services, Pennant Properties has a broad background in real estate development.  With experience in commercial, retail, office, residential, mixed-use, multi family, industrial/auto, and self-storage, we are able to develop projects from the ground up for our clients and partners, in addition to offering development consulting and project management as a service.  We have many strategic partnerships in the Bay Area construction industry, including but not limited to architecture, engineering, environmental, and general contracting companies that we trust and continue to do business with.

Pennant Properties invests in and manages its own assets, and creates partnerships with investors whose goals are aligned.  From time to time we are able to offer our clients and partners unique opportunities to invest with us in order to further our collective growth goals through real estate investments and strategies.
